Technical information collection

Technical information is provided by your browser when you visit or use TEMPO portal services. This technical information includes a hash of the originating IP address, technical specifications of the browser (name, version, screen size, window size).

The website uses a cookie to store certain session information.

This data is mandatory for the proper operation of the website.

Refusal to communicate all or part of the data will result in the impossibility of access to the site.

Personal data

The personal data collected on this site after identification is the surname, first name, e-mail address and - if the user enters them - the names of his or her organization and department and address. This data is processed by the site editor, who is responsible for processing it.

Using an identity provider

The TEMPO portal provides several ways of logging in through different identity providers, using the OpenID Connect standard. You can choose to create your TEMPO portal account through your profile on one of these.

When you use an Identity Provider, it transmits personal data to the TEMPO portal with your consent. Here is a table listing the information retrieved from Identity Providers by the TEMPO portal:

This data is integrated into your profile on the TEMPO portal, and you have the option of modifying or rectifying it at any time. Please note that this feature in no way allows TEMPO portal, or any of its administrators, to access your profile on the identity provider used or any other personal data about you held by that identity provider.

The information collected on the type of browser used, the hash of the IP address, the screen size and the date of visit to the TEMPO portal is used to implement the website, measure the audience, deal with incidents concerning response times and improve the service.

To communicate with you

The TEMPO portal does not send informative e-mails. Your e-mail address is used for identification purposes only, except in the following cases:

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the publisher's public-interest mission, in particular through the creation and maintenance of websites.

The recipients of the data are the authorized personnel involved in the implementation of the website and the services offered therein. The information collected will only be communicated externally for the sole purpose of managing the website or to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

How long data is stored

The personal data collected will be stored on a secure server of the AgroClim unit hosted at the INRAE data center in Toulouse. The TEMPO portal benefits from resources allocated for backup, secure storage, monitoring and updates.

Personal data from unused accounts (due to the user not using the service) will be systematically anonymized within 2 years of the last connection: in this case, you will no longer have access to your download history, requests for access to data sources, or your profile.

Manage your information

Update account information

You can enter additional information in your profile, to provide more information to validators of access to sources subject to conditions. If you encounter any errors in your profile information, you can change them at any time in the profile page of the TEMPO portal. You can delete this additional information, which is optional, at any time. You can modify the email address associated with an identity provider at any time, by clicking on the symbol next to it in the profile page. You will then have to confirm it again.

Download an archive of account information

You can export a file listing the data generated by the activity linked to your account. To do this, go to your profile and click on the Download personal data button. The following data will be downloaded and listed in JSON format:

Account deletion

If you delete your account on the TEMPO portal, your personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from the portal. Once deleted, your data, including your account, your access requests, your means of identification, your downloaded archives and the history of requests made cannot be restored.

To delete your account, go to your profile and click on the Delete my account button.

User rights

You have a right of access, rectification, opposition for legitimate reasons, limitation and erasure relating to all the data concerning you under the conditions provided for by law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms and by the general regulation relating to data protection n° 2016/679. You have the right to give general or specific instructions relating to the storage, erasure and communication after your death of personal data concerning you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
